Timothy Wells , age 53 of Niota passed away on December 26th at Sweetwater Hospital.
He was a United States Army veteran, and is preceded in death by parents Robert & Judy McCowan Wells.
He is survived by one son, Timmy (Amanda) Wells of Cleveland, TN. Grandchildren: Airin, Ember, and Sage Wells. Brothers: Rodney (Kim) Wells, and Kent Moore. Sisters: Judy Winton, Carlus Thompson, Valerie (Jonathan) Mack, and Connis Coleman.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2019 in the chapel of M.D. Dotson & Sons Funeral Home- Athens, TN. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery in Niota, TN.
