Sheila Scruggs

Sheila Scruggs age 61 passed Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in a local Cleveland, TN hospital.

She was a graduate of McMinn County High School and the daughter of the late Rev. Caggie Scruggs and Lexie Moore Scruggs. She is also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Rev. Jeffery and Tracy Scruggs, Rhonda Scruggs, and Eric Scruggs.

Survivors include her children, Brandon( Megan) Scruggs of Iberia, Mo., Seth Parks of Omaha, Neb., Jamaica Kitts, and Kegan Parks of Cleveland, TN. Many grandchildren, aunts and uncles,  Virginia Wynn of Knoxville, TN., Yvette ( Bill) Moore of Knoxville, and Judy Prigmore of Cleveland, TN, Larry Moore of Knoxville, TN., and James Moore of Ohio. Nieces, Andrea Johnson and Lexis Scruggs of Athens, TN., and nephew, Caleb Scruggs, many cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
