Ronnie Smith

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ronnie Smith. He was son, father, grandfather, brother, and loyal friend. Ronnie left this world with the same quiet strength and deep love he carried throughout his life.

A true country boy at heart, Ronnie was known for his down-to-earth spirit and a sense of humor that could brighten any room. He had a gift for storytelling and a deep well of family knowledge that he shared with pride, keeping generations connected through his memories and wisdom.

Ronnies smile was contagious — the kind that made you feel like everything was going to be alright. He had a way of making people feel seen, heard, and loved. Whether he was cracking a joke, offering advice, or simply lending an ear, Ronnie made a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know him.

Though he is no longer with us, the laughter he sparked and the love he gave will never fade. Ronnie Smith will be deeply missed, always remembered, and forever loved.

Proceeded in death by parents, William Smith Sr. and Viola H. Smith, brothers, William L. Smith Jr., Michael R. Smith Sr., sisters, Elaine Smith, Rev. Sandra L. Smith brother-in-law, Wilbert Smith Jr.

Survivors include brother Lionel “Train” Smith, sister-in-law Brenda J. Smith, children,George Alex Blaire, Lydia Elizabeth Benton, Dimonico Lee Heacker, Devinne Elizabeth La'Rue English, and Aaron Jerrell Walker.
