Ernest Theodore Westfield

Ernest Theodore Westfield age 75 passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 in a Chattanooga, TN hospital.

He served in the United States Air Force with an honorable discharge.

Theodore is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Campbell Westfield, his sons ChaztusWhaley, Chris Johnson, grandson, Chaztus Whaley Jr., and granddaughter Chazzity Whaley. Four sisters, Deborah Westfield Bryant, Mallory Westfield -Barrett, Thomasa Westfield and Sylvia Goodine. Three aunts, Sarah Westfield-Brown, Virginia Westfield- Dotson, and Ezra Westfield-Liggett, and great uncle and great aunt James and Essie Blair.

He leaves in mourning his lost, his children, Shaquana Luster of Chattanooga, TN, Cindy (Torrey) Hughes of Cleveland, TN, and son Theon Jarrett of Lindstrom, MI, and daughter Mary Westfield of Riverdale, GA. , 10 grandchildren and sister Peggy Goodine of Cleveland, TN. A special niece, Kim Hammonds of Atlanta, GA., many nieces, great nieces, nephews, and great nephews, many cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of M.D. Dotson and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Service– Cleveland, TN. Final words of comfort will be given by Bishop G.R. Hill.Interment will follow the service at Fort Hill Cemetery in Cleveland, TN.
